Quick, Easy, and Painless There service department is the first ever service department that walked me around my car and showed me what was wrong with it. It is soooo much better to be brought out to the vehicle and be shown the broken part. It really makes you believe that they are doing the right things to you vehicle.

Surprisingly Good Deal! I was a little skeptical when I visited Fred Martin because it was so big, but I was pleasantly surprised! I had so many vehicles to choose from and my salesman Cody was awesome! He really listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford. I ended up buying a used Chrysler that came with free oil changes! I'll definitely tell my family and friends about the Superstore. Cody turned what I though would be an intimidating experience into a really pleasant one!

Satisfied With Fred Martin Superstore Sales Experience I recently traveled from Galion Ohio to the Fred Martin Superstore in Barberton Ohio hoping I would be able to find a car. Well, I was not disapointed. Steve assured me I would leave there with a car and he was right! He really worked with me and we finally came to terms on what would work for me. I wanted to let her supervisor/manager know that I was planning on coming in on Sunday but because of Peggy alerting me to end of the month quotas and such, came in sooner. I ALWAYS HAVE WORK DONE ON MY VEH AT FRED MARTIN. i am always satisfied. This past time i went on a road trip and 2 days later the engine light came on. Some sort of valve from the engine to the exhaust broke. The dealership in Macon, GA also did a great job.

The sales man looked out for my best interest at hand and did not in any way try to sell me something I could not afford. My past experience when walking into a dealership has been on a defense. I think that Fred Martin is the best dealership I have ever experienced and I have been to many. People are just plain friendly and helpful. I only wish that you had a Ford dealership as I am buying a Ford 250 next year. If you did, I would not go anywhere else.
