The sales man looked out for my best interest at hand and did not in any way try to sell me something I could not afford. My past experience when walking into a dealership has been on a defense. But this dealership made me feel like were a part of their family. Praise goes to Rob, salesman, and Brett, sales manager, for making sure my needs were met. Seeing the loyalty of the sales force, we as a family upgraded to a better vehicle that fitted our needs.

I am writing to thank you and your excellent, courteous staff for making our Jeep purchase at your dealership an excellent experience. I wanted to personally thank Jack for his expertise in finance and for finding us that "gem" of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Also, I'd like to recognize that Rhonda in Finance is a great asset to have on your staff. She really put an exclamation point on the end of our sale! I know the company Christmas party started that night at seven, and we didn't even leave your dealership until then, but your staff remained polite and courteous until the very end. That showed great dedication on their part. Also, thank Joe in Service for my vehicle maintenance history and Celina in Service for her persistence and patience with me! We will be back!
