The sales man looked out for my best interest at hand and did not in any way try to sell me something I could not afford. My past experience when walking into a dealership has been on a defense. But this dealership made me feel like were a part of their family. Praise goes to Rob, salesman, and Brett, sales manager, for making sure my needs were met. Seeing the loyalty of the sales force, we as a family upgraded to a better vehicle that fitted our needs.

Also, I'd like to recognize that Rhonda in Finance is a great asset to have on your staff. She really put an exclamation point on the end of our sale! I know the company Christmas party started that night at seven, and we didn't even leave your dealership until then, but your staff remained polite and courteous until the very end.
