I'd like to tell you about one of your "shining stars."  Joe, in the service department, is definitely deserving of some kind of award (or a raise!).  I had a lot of trouble with my '06 Town and Country van; various systems failed on it one by one.  Each time I went inot the service department Joe was always eager to see that I was well taken care of.  His friendly, upbeat attitude made my inconveniences bareable.  I recently traded the '06 in for an '08 Town and Country at your store.  I began having trouble with this one also and Joe was there making sure I was accommodated in a timely and friendly manner.  At one point, I took my van in for service when Matt had told me I'd have the loaner van while mine was in the shop.  When I arrived the next day, Matt was off sick and the van was not there.  Joe went out of his way to make sure I was able to get the van a few days later when it was returned by another customer.  His c-workers told me that he was genuinely concerned that I had made a trip for nothing a few days prior.  Because of Joe, getting my van serviced is a pleasant experience.  I can assure you that I will be a return customer when I need a new vehicle because good service is hard to find these days.

My wife and I purchased a Ford Freestyle from Fred Martin Superstore in Barberton in May of 2009.  This was our second purchase from Fred Martin and I wanted to relay how great Joe has been in providing customer service.  We have had two major incidences since purchasing the vehicle, one required a complet transmission replacement (thanks to the finance advisor for recommending the extended warranty). Joe and Tim were great in getting us a free loaner vehicle so that our vacation could continue as planned to the beach while the Freestyle was in the shop.  Joe's positive attitude and friendly disposition are exactly the kind of qualities that make dealing with him a pleasure.  Joe has been great about getting us into the shop quickly and has been great at updating us on the progress of the repairs during the two times we have had to have work performed on teh vehicle.  Thanks again for a positive experience and please keep Joe happy as an employee - he is an asset!

We thank you for assigning Paul to take care of our purchase of our Chyrsler 300.  Paul was courteous, humorous and apologized for the misunderstanding between the agency and us.  Paul did not rush us through the purchase and answered our questions.  He certainly has good management qualities.  We were introduced to the gentleman in the service department who cleaned the car.  He was very friendly and explained the black oil that was on the car.  Paul gave us his cell phone number so as to be available to answer our questions.  I would strongly recommend Fred Martin Superstore to my friends and anyone else who would be in the market for a new automobile.  I would suggest that they ask to speak with Paul.

Bought a new truck off an ad- in stock and no pressure. Service Dept had it once for minor glitch. Did great. Drove truck 90,000 miles and only replaced a U-joint. Good truck.

There service department is the first ever service department that walked me around my car and showed me what was wrong with it.  It is soooo much better to be brought out to the vehicle and be shown the broken part.  It really makes you believe that they are doing the right things to you vehicle.

I was a little skeptical when I visited Fred Martin because it was so big, but I was pleasantly surprised!  I had so many vehicles to choose from and my salesman Cody was awesome!  He really listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford.  I ended up buying a used Chrysler that came with free oil changes!  I'll definitely tell my family and friends about the Superstore.  Cody turned what I though would be an intimidating experience into a really pleasant one!

I recently traveled from Galion Ohio to the Fred  Martin Superstore in Barberton Ohio hoping I would be able to find a car. Well, I was not disapointed. Steve assured me I would leave there with a car and he was right! He really worked with me and we finally came to terms on what would work for me. I love my 2004 Chevy Impala.
